Details
The ball with a circular channel is used as the opening and closing component, and the ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. The ball rotates 90° with the valve stem to open or close the valve. Ideal for situations where a fully linear valve design is required to minimize pipeline turbulence and pressure drop. For critical processing applications where minimal product residue is required, a fully enclosed valve seat is also available.
SANITARY BALL VALVE STANDARD DESIGN
The O-ring design at the mandrel and the addition of disc springs provide better sealing and save
labor. The high platform design eliminates the need for brackets and connecting shafts, saving installation time and costs for pneumatic valves.
The valve body is made of AMST316L stainless steel, and the ball gaskets are available in three materials: PTFE, TFM, and PEEK. They comply
with USP Class 6 and FDA certification. The ball gaskets are divided into standard and all-inclusive types. The driving mode can be equipped with manual and pneumatic devices, and both manual and pneumatic can be equipped with feedback devices. Pneumatic ball valves are divided into three standards: normally closed (NC), normally open (NO), and double acting (DA).
